The Course

Overall Course profile

Both races will start in the Showground of Lee Valley Regional Park. The terrain varies from smooth tarmac to hard-packed trail paths. There are a small number of bridges which make up nearly all of the elevation gain on the course! This makes the course incredibly fast, so we expect many new PBs to be set this July!

There will be two water stations out on the loop, which you will either pass once or twice, depending on your event distance. There will also be water provided at the finish line, along with fruit and other energy foods.

10-Kilometer Course

This route follows a one-lap profile. Both the 10K and 10-Mile races will start at the same time in the Showground, next to the car park.

You will begin at the start/finish point on the lap, then follow the white line up towards kilometer 1, 2 and so on. The loop is run anti-clockwise, all the way back to the start/finish point.

Signage will be in place to guide you and the 10-mile runners onto the correct route for your race distance.

10-Mile Course

This route follows a two-lap profile. Both the 10K and 10-Mile races will start at the same time in the showground, next to the car park.

You will begin by following the white line around the anti-clockwise loop, from the start/finish point.

After the white line runs out, you will transfer to the orange loop for the second lap.

Signage will be in place to guide you and the 10-kilometer runners onto the correct route for your race distance.
